Kundalini Dance



Kundalini Dance is the union of the Philisophy of Yoga with Dance Movement Therapy.  It incorporates intuitive and conscious movement, sacred sounds (mantras), breathing techniques and tantric healing.  Kundalini Dance balances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies on a subconscious, conscious and supra - conscious level.

Across time and culture, dance has long been revered for its power to heal body, mind, and soul, strengthen the bonds of community, and to commune with spirit and nature allowing us to discover deeper aspects of who we are as human beings.
Kundalini Dance allows us to shed many skins, as we can choose to just be in our bodies and to stop the mental and emotional loops, the behaviour patterns that prevent us from moving forward in our lives.
We dance to purify, shake, clear and transform any old stagnant emotional energy. The practice brings permanent shifts in our limiting beliefs, bringing insight and clarity. By opening our body to
universal energy we re-balance, restore and integrate our highest consciousness.
    
Who is this practise for?
Every Body! Those who may have never allowed themselves to dance before & those who love to dance. On this dance journey you  will create a deep integration across body mind and spirit expression of your true essence. 
You will awaken your inner healer & remember how to empower yourself to take your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health into your own hands. Classes finish with integration & meditation leaving you in a deep state of peace.
